Best cheap hotels near Notting Hill Carnival 2018

If you’re heading to London’s chicest suburb, Notting Hill for their annual August Bank Holiday Carnival then make sure you don’t forget to book a hotel, because lets be honest no one wants to stop the fun early to make the last train.
